Personal finance for women, saving money, and investing tips – that’s what you’ll find at Finanorama. I’m a mom in my forties living in Quebec, Canada, with my partner and two kids. I built my financial life from scratch, learning everything about investing, budgeting and planning for the future on my own.
I grew up in Germany, where people tend to save rather than invest in the stock market. Investing in stocks isn’t very common and is often not well regarded. Moving to Canada, I educated myself about RRSPs, TFSAs, and long-term investing strategies to grow my savings and plan for the future. Over the past 20 years, I’ve learned a lot about saving money, juggling a family budget, and investing wisely, sometimes through trial and error. It hasn’t always been easy as I’ve also had to juggle family obligations at the same time.
Finanorama is where I share what has worked for me, what hasn’t, and practical money tips for women. From family budgeting and retirement planning to investing insights and everyday financial strategies, my goal is to help women feel more confident and empowered managing their finances.
Bienvenue, and thanks so much for stopping by! 💛
